Kateryna Bilokur is a genius Ukrainian artist. She was born and spent her entire life in the village of Bohdanivka in the Poltava region. Despite numerous attempts, she was unable to gain access to a formal art education. She taught herself to paint, choosing flowers as her models and copying plants from nature. Despite all the restrictions and obstacles, Kateryna Bilokur managed to create a series of masterpieces in the genres of naive art and folk decorative painting.
